A strengthened health system is critical to the delivery of desired health outcomes in communities and skilling key staff on the processes of their strengthening is fundamental to improving and sustaining their performance.


This is a step-by-step, sequential training that enables participants to identify gaps in their health systems and set clear and measurable processes to seal the gaps.
