Planning that a disaster might occur and having the right preparedness plan greatly improves on the response and ultimately the recovery. Reducing the social economic effects of disaster through risk management, reduction on the magnitude of damages through simulation exercises and building the anti-disaster infrastructures greatly improves on resiliency and avoids the possibility of secondary disaster which is a complication of disaster.
This course will help individuals responsible for planning, preparation and management of community disaster plans to develop robust fool plans that can offer effective methodologies in disaster response.
This course is designed to equip individuals from governmental, NGOs, Corporates and humanitarian organization responsible for planning, preparation and management of disaster plans.
